Where is the product shipped from?

Your orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai by reputed courier agencies.

When are the product(s) shipped?

Orders are shipped within 2 business day of confirmation of payment for prepaid orders. If the item is out of stock, we shall notify you immediately with the option of waiting a little longer, obtaining a refund or substituting with another product of similar value

How long will it take for the product(s) to reach us?

Within India: Purchased products will deliver at your door step within 7 business days from the date of order made. In case the delivery location is not serviced by the courier company, the product(s) are sent via Speed Post or Regular Post and it may take longer to reach the delivery address.

Do you ship outside India?

Unfortunately, Crystal Soaps Co does not ship outside India at the moment. However, we are working on starting international delivery as soon as possible, so stay tuned!

Where will the product be delivered?

Delivery of all orders will be to the mailing address as provided by you at the time of placing your order. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order is placed.

What are the shipping charges?

We ship products throughout India and all orders of Rs. 1000 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 85 if your total order value is less Rs1000.

Who can receive the product(s)?

Goods receipt will need to be signed upon delivery. If you can’t be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative person; family member, colleague, neighbour etc. However, Happy You will not take responsibility for products signed by any alternative person.

What happens if the product is damaged?

We take extreme care in our packaging but in certain situations there may be some damage to the products. In case the package shows signs of leakage or is showing obvious damage, we request you to not accept the package and return it to the courier agency immediately. Goods once accepted cannot be returned. All claims for shortages / damages must be reported to customer service within 7 days of delivery at crystalsoapsco@gmail.com with an image attached.
